So there is an overwhelming amount of REALLY REALLY awesome combinations in outfits that are making their rounds. And what caught our eyes- well PATTERNS AND SHAPES!! We found some of our favorite combinations out there put together by some AMAZING fashionistas!!
So our tips and some tricks we want to offer you for the current season(where some of these are still possible) and of-course SPRING and the seasons to follow.
TIPS & TRICKS BN
- if you are concerned about how to mix and match - stick with ONE statement item. Putting prints together can be very challenging - trust me, I've failed in many occasions and looked like a bafoon!
- if you are going for that ONE statement print - let it be your jacket/ coat or skirt/ trousers. WHY you ask? Well something out there on a pattern shirt is well, common!
- when combining patters and shapes etc together - KEY here is :!make sure they are different dimension. Here I mean make sure they are the same size. So it can pull your outfit together with the difference.
- make sure your colors are similar- even tho your patterns may not be. This is because that gives a feeling if pulling your outfit together. (This is when you want to have pattern with patterns keep in mind!)
- if it's a patternie dress - we have a winner because those require least amount of work and well they just need a simple, easy accessory to add on to (like shades or a one tone coat or those perfect pair of minimalist heels, you get what I mean!)
Well hope this inspired you guys to go be a little more challenging in your upcoming outfits!!
